Yoga & Tai Chi
Our Yoga and Tai Chi classes are both downregulating exercises that remediates sugar-insulin-adrenaline rollercoaster.
Yoga and Tai Chi are both therapies that not only relax your whole body but also release toxins, calm your central nervous system, strengthens bone and muscle, aligns your spine and circumvents poor posture and most importantly, allows you time to be in a space that encompasses love and positive energy.
Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday night at 6 p.m. here at the practice.
They are taught by professional yoga instructor Grace Imburgia whose experience and gentle spirit will guide you in postures and techniques that only serve to help you heal and do not cause any pain.
