  • You can use a diffuser, place a few drops of oil into the diffuser, and place it in your bedroom.
  • Put a few drops of oil on your Himalayan Salt Lamp and turn it on.
  • You can add a few drops of the directly to your pillow.
  • Add it to your lava bracelet or necklace
  • Add a few drops to your nighttime skin care products
  • Create a spray with water and a few drops of oil to mist over your bed before you go to sleep.
